Installed place in Status notification setting - 554e

Is there an option to set Installed Place in Status notification sent over mail or even add more information about machines.
I've tried looking on admin page but couldnt find any such option.

Current mail sent by KM is this:

    Occurred Time :29/07/2024 12:32:44
    Installed Place :
    IP Address :192.168.1.100
    Error : Misfeed detected. 66-23
If I check Total Counter Notification Setting way more info (s/n, etc.). Is there any option to set informations that are sent by km when reporting errors?

    Thanks for the help!

i thought you can have it daily report jams, toner notifications etc..
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

Administrator - Network Settings - HTTP Server Settings - Forward >> Until you get to Page 2 - Printer Information - Fill in the boxes.

The "Printer Location" is the one you are after.

Hey! Apologies in the late reply, Synthohol was correct. I use the embedded Remote Panel Server configuration present on the Konica MFDS to then remotely access the copiers display through my web browser. From there you can use the windows snipping tool (Win + Shift + S) to take a screen snip of the display.

This feature is amazing for making guides to send to remote clients and can save so much time trying to explain things over the phone. Picture is worth a 1000 words!
If you have access to MS Publisher this is the best app to make them into guides etc, just paste them in and move them around. Word is horrific for this, don't do it to yourself.

The setup to enable the remote panel is a bit fiddly, you will need to ensure the device has correctly configured PKI settings and that the remote panel connection is utilising the installed SSL certificate.

If you need some more info on how to set this up just let me know, but I reccomend trying to work it out yourself as it is a great learning experience. You will touch on SSL certs, SSL Protocols and port configs, its fun, I promise.

If you ever work on Kyocera MFDs you can use a fully fledged VNC client such as RealVNC to handle the connection rather than your browser, which is awesome.

              Cheers!
