You can't send IC-419 system software. You must use the new Fiery installer builder tool to download system software. Hopefully you know which version software is on your IC-419 because it may not take a different version than what was originally loaded on it .
Just know once you create a Fiery sales portal account and log into it with the Fiery Installer Builder it will look like nothing is happening but if you don't get a login error give it a few minutes it will launch. Attaching instructions
