ya know what, i need to apologize, its been a really really long time (think analogs) since i had to McGuyver DV levels to get a good image.
i have always worked for dealers that only deal with OEM parts and supplies. ive been spoiled by the ability to order anything i ever needed for a machine and have forgotten about indy dealers that dont have a multimillion dollar company that lets them "try" new parts just to see if it fixes it and able to absorb the cost without making a dent.
i think ive become an elitist prick that just wouldnt have the confidence to use aftermarket supplies since konica would never support their use.
i need to remember to try on other peoples shoes once in a while.☕ 1Comment

Good day Good people...
Sorry Being MIA... Okay all units now have new dev in them All are solid and tight turned..
I did now pattern test and full tone. Colors are solid and no zebra marks.
HOWEVER... I still cannot seem toe do a Gradation. In service menu it stabilize then shows Stabilize NG...
After that cant choose paper size to print..
Then Tried in Utility menu, stabilize, then it runs and shows cannot stabilize due to alert. There is no Oil can or any alerts on machine.
Any help would be much appreciated...

Like the others said add developer (I use aftermarket developer to top off, genuine not avail). Use genuine toner and should be able to recover those dev units. I've done it many times with great success.
Or as been discussed on this forum several times you could buy way less expensive genuine black DV unit and convert to color.Comment

look at the belt specifically the rear last 2" if its wavy or burnished replace it, use an air can to blow off the idc sensors.
sounds like its not getting a good reading.
try a background data reset and stabilize if you havent already and i missed it.We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
The medication helps though...Comment

IDC sensor I did clean, Voltage is also 3v. Belt has been replaced like months back,. Will have a look at it again. Thanks for all the replies. I did the background reset and stabilize as well mate.Comment

Not sure what you mean by "original" developer because there is no such thing for that model?
Do what syn suggested with cleaning IDC sensors & make sure both show 3v in state confirmation like he said.
Unfortunately unless you use genuine toner this issue may never resolve. I know what you are thinking, "I've been using generic toner for long time and never had issues", my answer to that is you can get a bad batch of toner when using aftermarket (generic)
Best of luckComment
