[Misc] bizhub c3350i wakes up randomly

    Hi Everyone,
I have a bizhub C3350i that wakes up randomly. Whether it's in sleep mode or standby it wakes itself up after a few minutes. I unplugged the network cable, updated firmware, made system error clear, format storage, but no solution...
Maybe the touchscreen needs some more grounding..?
Does anyone have experience with this?
    Thanks

Try to stop machine waking up when someone is close, there is sensitivity setting somewhere in Admin menu but can't remember where of the top of my head.

          Ahh... It is disabled now.
But I'd like to know the solution, not the way around it.
I've been a technician for 24 years, now I've run about 300 machines, most of them leased.
I'am not konica minolta dealer, but one of my friends who is dealer said he saw a buletin for this problem, just can't find it anymore...

I checked solutions & bulletins on kon/min dealer website and didn't see anything about machine waking up randomly

I believe he's taking about ground cable on some earlier machines.

If there are a series of 0x1FFF/0x2201900000000100 codes in the Machine Management List, it could be the CPU Board.
The symptom is a random reboot. You would also see the boot progress bar during the reboot.

He might be talking about this . It's an internal grounding issue in the touch panel. No real fix aside from replacing it.

Yes. On machines before that there is a workaround with ground wire.
