    C458 i-Option Function Codes Token LK-110 LK-108

I'm in the process of trying to restore the OCR functionality to a C458 on a second hand machine.
The device still has user accounts with the OCR configured, but it looks like the license was deactivated & removed, because there is no error message & the OCR options are not appearing from the scan menu for new functions/boxes.

I've got the latest firmware & service manual, but haven't been able to find a way to restore the licenses after messing around in https://lms.konicaminolta.com/ for quite a while.
If i need to purchase the i-Licenses again, I'm happy to do so but the prices seem a little crazy given they're now three times what i paid for the second hand machine 😂😅
I also haven't been able to get Konica to return my calls or emails asking to buy the license for the last 3 months!
Quite impressive when aftermarket sales is so dispondent that they wont even help me burn my money on legacy tools

I'm mostly interested in i-Option LK-110 and LK-108, because the default pdf-compressed setting leaves the text looking very ragged & colours faded.
Does anyone know if the LM-108 is sufficient to resolve the colour & text quality issue. The service manual makes it sound like LM-108 would fix the text and LM-110 would fix the pdf-compressed colour issue. The combined cost is a bit bonkers.

I'm based in Sydney, Australia. Also open to paying for a remote service if anyone here could have a crack?

For reference ths is what i mean by ragged scan quality. Solid black and grey gets pixelated, no matter how high i set the scan resolution.

I've watched all his videos last week & thought he would be great too. But his website is down and looks like they're an office national franchise now. I've sent an email just in case anyway.
Any thoughts as to what setting might be causing above, I've stabilzied & done gradiation with no luck. I'm thinking might need a CCD replacement, but I'm hoping it's just a setting that i'm overlooking.
