I want to read the manual

I’m in Rwanda and our school has a Konica Minolta Bizhub c266 that we’ve obtained by way of a South African company that imported it from their facility where I believe they got it from India. We have little expertise here in the area to support us with maintenance that we’d trust. (Thanks to this forum for helping me reset access to the service mode!)

That said, I can’t even find a service manual for this machine to do any of the maintenance myself. All I can find are the User Manual.

Does anyone know how I can find the Service Manual?

I would send you the service manual but that model isn't sold here is USA and not listed on Kon/Min dealer website. Perhaps it's same as another model and can send you that manual?

Wow, what in the world is this thing we’ve got then?? I wonder if there’s a way to find data in the menus or something that can help me see if there is an equivalence to another model.

How can I determine the style of consumable for this machine? Should I assume that it'll take the same drum kits and developer as the other bizhub devices that look basically the same but have different badges?
