Hello group, I have a c227 that starts directly to self diagnosis. I have already updated the fw and set the value 25 to B0 and the problem continues

Sounds like a RAM failure. If it has the extra stick of memory installed, remove it temporarily and hope that it boots. If not, it may be the RAM on the MFP Board that has failed.

I seem to remember that E4-2 is negligible/not important.
I would enter service mode via trouble reset and check real error codes. We had one where backup of data was broken and after several restarts customer didn't pay attention to press recover data and it went into error code but didn't remember which one.

Try turning off the self diag at start up with SW163 set to HEX 00
