    Bizhub C550i and a Bizhub 550i - Device issue

    Hello Fellow Experts,

    We've recently deployed a Bizhub C550i and a Bizhub 550i integrated with PaperCut. Every morning, the devices become unresponsive, as shown in the attached image. The side button and touchscreen do not respond, and the only way to resolve the issue is to restart the devices.

    We've conducted extensive testing and adjusted the sleep settings, but we still haven't identified the root cause. This issue has been ongoing for months now, and we're seeking any insights or possible solutions.

    Had similar on a c650i recently. I rolled back the firmware to version Q9, allowed sleep and set the sleep timer lower than power save. Make sure power consumption is set to disabled. Also set dipwitch 159 to hex 08. I set this up on my problem machine and it has been working correctly for four weeks now.

        P8 Firmware is the most stable with papercut. Just be sure to set SW 25 to Hex 30
