2 1/2 months to get two bizhub 808 fusers. And that's typical. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Southern Europe, we get official notice from KM about delayed shipment of machines.
Regarding parts and consumables some basic stuff is going to backorder, which till last year was always on the stock but luckily it does not take too long in most cases, 2-3 weeks as ussual.Comment

Not as bad as waiting 3.5 months for a 558 fuser half a year ago, but parts for some older 223s are a couple weeks out. Similar for anything our warehouse doesn't holdComment

Parts are very hit and miss, some can be next day others can be more than a week.
The machines are the hardest to get hold of and this can be up to 10 weeks !!
And now they want to put the prices up by 10% !!!!!Comment
