    C3320i replenish paper while copying/printing

    Hello,

One C3320i that occur this issue, checked paper empty sensor and actuator, replaced paper feed unit but no luck.
Try to lift paper drawer by myself when paper is feeding, it seems better.
Any suggestion about it? Thanks a lot.

I have mp4 video for this issue, how to upload here?

Does it feed well when the tray is full and starts to jam more as there is less and less paper in the tray? Check the Trailing Edge Guide Plate in the tray, it is supposed to push the paper up into the pickup roller.

No jam and feed smooth, both less or much paper, same issue.

Back end of machine there is a screw where you can adjust a bit rail to higher the paper tray.

Back side, remove PS, remove mains plug and rail cover(black plastic), loosen screw and move rail up by 1-2mm, tighten screw etc.
