    c250i cyan print

    HI,
we have a c250i which only has 10k pages, she started by making a cyan background on all the prints then, since yesterday there is no longer any cyan color on the prints. the test pattern is empty.
and the development unit is empty.
have you ever had this problem?

Yes your cyan charge arched out and sucked out your developer.

      But why?
A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.

most probs a hopper issue imo, if the machine is old and has sat around could have gotten damp and clogged, he needs to check his tcr lvls, should sit around 6-7%

Could be as simple as the sensors on the outside bottom of the sub-hopper. These are flag type sensors and where they are mounted makes it very easy for toner to spill in to them and then the machine will not add toner. To access these sensors just remove the small cover behind the waste toner bottle , then remove the whole inner front cover an look at the bottom of sub-hopper . If the color in question sensor is full of toner this could be your problem.
