Importing 500+ users with RFID cards to the machine (KM 554e)

Customer want us to import multiple user to their KM 554e. They sent us a list of their users with name, surname, RFID number (11 digit long ID) and HEX code. They are in excel (name, rfid, hex). CSV is option of course.

I was wondering how would we go about doing that. Is there an admin tool we can use to batch create users, passwords and register their card without having acces to all those cards.

    Thanks for the answer.

    are they running LDAP?
any other local server have that data they can authenticate to?
    if not id use https://www.btapac.konicaminolta.com/utilities/download.html?pid=14
    (pagescope data administrator)

We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

+1 on LDAP. It's the way to go. That way when they make changes it won't require a service call for every single card change.
Worked in IT for 12 years from Helpdesk up to System Administrator. Now working as the IT Manager at a copier company for the last 4 years.

If I helped you out, please give me a thumbs up! It helps my reputation.

Thanks for the answers. I managed to manage it with Data administrator. Just exported to txt and mass import users to KM. It's quite a nice app for our needs.
