    bizhub 227 Acting strange

    This bizhub has issues with the operation on the key panel. For instance if their is a quantity selected to copy and you hit the reset button it put's 3 in the quantity window. also the cassette settings change on their own without even loading paper in the cassette or touching the key panel. I have updated the firmware and no improvement. Seems like lots of glitches and weird behavior. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance

      Sounds like your reset defaults are set to something custom and you have an auto reset timer. Go into Utility -> User Settings -> Scan/Fax settings -> Scan/fax default settings. Set that to factory default.
      Worked in IT for 12 years from Helpdesk up to System Administrator. Now working as the IT Manager at a copier company for the last 4 years.

          Only thing I can think of is update firmware. That model wasn't that good to begin with. It reminds me of the C200 that was just a fill in model until a better design came out. Just a cheap piece of crap with a lot of weird issues!
