Welcome I have a problem with my Konica 284e printer The problem in the image is that when I press the tray to change the type of cards, it is not possible to change them as in the picture despite changing the firmware version. In your opinion, what is the situation?

If you are talking about feeding card stock I don't think you can use tray 2 for card stock??? -
maybe admin, system settings, restrict user access,
8.6.2 Copy Program Lock Settings

1. Touch the key for the appropriate copy program or image adjustment program.
2. Touch [OK].
