    c1060 + LU202

Hello group, I have a km c1060 with LU202, it feeds me double the paper, I have already changed wheels, clutches and maximum pressure to the pressure spring, has anyone had this happen to you?

    thanks

Normally I would think static in the paper. Does your pick-up have any weights on it?

less pressure works better on the sep roller but ive used the weights on the takeup assy.

lol, over the years i probably have almost a hundred dollars in quarters ive taped to them too
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

Hi. Did you try to change torque limiter or feed roller assy?

I would also make sure your paper stack is rising evenly.

            It's a common misconception.
With roller separation, to get more separation you need less pressure.
With pad separation, to get more separation you want more pressure.

Think of it this way: The more pressure you apply the more the retard roller follows the feed roller. The less pressure you apply the less the retard roller follows the feed roller. You can test the paper separation just turning the feed shaft by hand, and watching what's happening.

Konica ships 4 or 6 rectangular steel weights that clip onto the pickup assembly with new machines ( I have dozens lying around somewhere), but the quarters work just fine, as long as you can get the customer to leave them alone.

Another misconception is that ribbed pickup roller never never replacing. That's false. Always replace the three rollers as a set.

            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
