[CQ] Poor Copy Quality Develop 300i

    hello all,
I have a brand new (5K prints) Develop 300i with poor copy quality. its on the latest RE GC2 firmware.
the color on the copies is way off but the prints are perfect. cyan in particular is very bad. (samples of print and copy quality attached)
I've recalibrated the colors, reseated the connectors and replaced the lamp but no improvement in copy quality.
Any ideas before I go for warranty?

I would claim CCD but first check this:

    CCD Calibration
    Front side/back side

To set whether to use the calibration adjustment value set prior to the shipping. To display the current calibration adjustment value.

When CCD board (front side)/CIS (back side: only when dual scan document feeder is mounted) has been replaced, set to “OFF.”
    NOTICE

After replacing the CCD board or CIS, the default generic value needs to be set since the calibration value set for each unit changes to
control the differences in reading performance on each scanner (CCD).

The original calibration adjustment value can be disabled to address image failure and other problems caused by individual CCD or CIS
    performance difference.
    Setting item
    Setting value
    Default setting
    Front side/back side
    ON

    OFF
    NOTE

The [Front Side] and [Back Side] keys are displayed when dual scan document feeder is mounted.

First clean CCD and two IDC sensor located at registration unit. Then in service mode done all calibration. After completing the calibration please press start button then machine will store all calibrated data otherwise it will not work.

How do your copies turn out if you make a 2-to-2 sided? This would rule out the doc feeder and any boards on the main body and point only at your optics, IF the copies are good.

I was going to suggest the same but that's assuming he has dual scan DF which we don't know.

P.S. Funny how monochrome machine is making color copies

just an update to this issue. we lifted the machine (a color Ineo+ 300i with a single sided scan DF-632) and as it turns out its not a copy issue its a print issue.
the readings for the colors in Table Number are all at 800 but the black is fine though.
I've attached pictures from the Table Number and a scan of the test page. the test page shows no change in graduation until it gets to 60%.
so far I've changed the drums, dev units, belt, HVPS, registration unit and power supply with no change. I've also played about with the transfer voltage fine adjustments without any luck.

I'm out of ideas and I'm going to send it back for warranty. I just thought I'd post this up so see if there is something simple you guys might think of that I haven't done that might rescue this lemon?

Interesting lemon your colour developer biases are at absolute maximum which indicates very light patch patterns on the belt is that correct?
Depending on that it may be PH unit failure to write correctly or as last base board. Thanks for posting this mate.
