[Dead] Konica Minolta bizhub c364 will not stay on

I received an old Konica Minolta from a business that closed, and I was told that that the company that managed the machine previously had kept up with regular maintenance. The machine upon arrival was dusty and untouched, so it was definitely not serviced in a long while and I can't even turn the damn thing on.

    C364 or C364e?
By not turning on, do you mean that literally nothing happens when you flip the rocker switch behind the front access door, or it turns on but won't fully boot?
Can't help without complete and accurate details.

I apologize I am still learning, what I meant was that when the switch is turned on and connected to power it starts to boot and then shortly flickers off and continues to repeat that cycle over and over again.

        Replace SSDB.

I'm thinking that tsbservice might be correct, but lets give this a try:

If it is an e-model with a newer firmware, there will be a built-in diagnostic mode that you can try to boot into that will shed some light on what the problem might be. Hold down the "power" button on the control panel while turning on the copier. You should see a black dot appear in one of the upper corners. Once you do, you can let go of the button.

This will either boot into the diagnostic mode where you will be able to press the start button to run the tests, or it will hang at some point. It shouldn't take longer than 4 or 5 minutes to boot. If it hangs, be sure to note all the details: How may fins on the display, is the power button illuminated and what color, is the start button illuminated and what color, are the blue dots and/or the white bar below the control panel illuminated? This will give an idea of what stage the machine is failing at and what the issue might be.
