    C360i Utility and Administrator Icons

Good afternoon everyone. We just received a C360i in off lease that has the utility and admin icons greyed out on the touch screen. This is preventing us from running any config or utility reports. Can anyone give me an idea of where to start on this machine? We typically only test, and don't repair but the meter is so low on this machine it is worth spending a bit of extra time if we can.

I'd go into service mode, system 1, initialization, clear all data. See if that helps.

It has some authentication type device and no external servers to connect to.
        Or it has old firmware.
