    Fusing unit C300i C360i

    Hi guys,
    I need to repair the fusing unit, but I cannot find a parts catalog for it. Could you help me ?

      No spare parts from Konica Minolta. What's the problem that fuser should last about million copies.

              Should last, that's the key..I have 759 fusers going 300K, C458s getting less than 50%..E

                  Agree that's why I used 'should'. Side question does Konica USA change by warranty fusers failed let's say at half life?

                      the film sleeve of the fusing unit is damaged. also, I would like to have the lower roller in stock

                          if they fail early they should be under warranty no?
