Hi I am new to this copier it has an error code 3102 I tried to reset but it needs a password I did 9272three times end it comes up wrong password I need help with this thanks in advance I removed four sheets jammed in fuser

Power the device on while holding down the yellow reset key. This will bring you to the trouble reset screen (you don't need a password) from here you can clear the C3102 fuser error.

most of the time service password is 9272 twice or 9272 4 times. that is the way most km techs set these. adim is useal1y 1 through 8 or one through 8 twice. some indy's may use there own
