C364e jam code 32-01 jams at the internal stapler only on duplex

    Hi All,
I have a client who has a C364e w/internal stapler that is experiencing jam code 32-01, but only on duplex.
The guidance shows the jam at section 13 (fuser exit) and to open the right side door, but the paper is actually jams entering the stapler as it's reversing direction to print on side 2.
It prints single sided without issue.
    Any help is appreciated
    Thanks

Clean the bushings on the registration rollers. I've seen them get gummed up and cause strange jamming issues

I have found that the duplex guide gate solenoid does not actuate fast enough. So I have taken the exit unit out and put something, like I use a piece of the sticky velcro to lessen the solenoid plunger travel and that will solve the duplex jamming. It takes a bit to get it all out, but that should take care of it,

I used to do that but started to put modification part(basically a little piece of tin) over solenoid arm. Works for me. Also I remove any sticky fabric pads where duplex gate hits there are two locations (x2 points) one is on machine side and another door side.
