    C454 impression defects

    Good morning
We have a bhc-454 that has started to leave these impression defects, it is the first time we have seen it, the drum and the black developing unit are practically 90% new.
The dirt is left at the end of the copy as seen in the photos. any ideas?
    Thank you

    Buenos dias
¿alguna idea?
    Gracias

It looks over-toned to me. Is this aftermarket toner? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I agree. If you bring up the full image you can see lots of toner background all over the whole page, not just in the area that was highlighted.

From the quality of the photo it may seem that the paper is all dirty, but that is not the case, the quality of the print is clear and clean in the rest of the sheet.
This photo may help you see it better.

Por la calidad de la foto puede parecer que el papel esta todo sucio, pero no es asi, la calidad de la impresion es clara y limpia en el resto de la hoja.
Esta foto puede ayudar a verlo mejor

Check all of the plastic idler rollers after the fuser, toner can build up on them leaving indents on the paper. You can use a small screwdriver to remove the buildup.

What about different paper sizes? Will it leave that mark at the end of A3 or A4R?
