    Konica C250i Latest firmware

    Hey all

    I have a C250i with Q8 firmware and looking to update with the latest as I am getting C-D313 errors and freezing!....

    Can anyone supply? I am currently on site

        If you don't have it you may want to hunt down a copy of the diagnostic tool as well. Beware there are 2 releases, one old, one new.
        Worked in IT for 12 years from Helpdesk up to System Administrator. Now working as the IT Manager at a copier company for the last 4 years.

          Good idea! Is there also a reset tool like on the 4 series?

            I can neither confirm nor deny the existence of such a tool.

            It really isn't needed on the i-series. The issues from the 4 series days with their volatile NVRAM no longer exist since it uses persistent memory. Also it self resolves many of those issues on boot without the end user needing to click "recover".
