    Konica minolta C552 Error Code C-DC10 and DC30

    I have a problem with my Konica Minolta C552 printer Error C-DC10 and DC30 Please help me 🙏

    format the HDD, it seems a security issue. did it have a card reader or passwords just to use it?
    We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

      No it was working fine and when i changed the developer unit it showed DC10 code

        something is not right.
        was it an OEM or compatible?
        code has nothing to do with DV unit unless DV spilled on a board and shorted an ICP or something.
        not a good sign for a dinosaur machine.
        its a security code. any c-dc code.

        this does not happen from replacing a DV unit to the best of my knowledge.
        on that series though ive had a shorted out DV unit once that came up as a fuser code because they shared the same ICP but this is no fuser code.
        if all you did was replace the unit, reset the trouble code and try the old unit.
        if error comes right back id start looking for a new machine.

          I would start but unplugging the HDD & updating the firmware.

          You may have just been unlucky powering down the machine to replace the DV unit cased the error, especially if it has not been powered off for a while.
