Does anibody knows how to change a battery of a bizhub 4750/4050, i believed the problem is related because the printer does not retain date and time after a restart, i learn that in these machines the date and time affects them a lot, in another thread someone said that it coud be the battery. The original problem on this printer is that it came out with an error code C-EEE1, in the service manual just says to check the connectors of the MFP, and it doesnt say how to change de battery.

Dead batteries is very common on this model and you know when the time is lost. They are very easy to change. I ended up buying batts from Digi-Key -

Remove door (see attached). You will see small battery on board, carefully use small tool to pop out battery. Make sure to hold battery holder when removing battery so you don't break the solder joints.Comment
