KM 284e - Fail to reflect engine data

Hi guys, recently our new guy in company try to replace prcb due to weird code happen when booting.

So what he did is backup the engine data and replace new prcb but after place new board machine still show save data instead of reflect data.

Is there any method we can save the machine? Now we can't save or reflect engine data it show NG

Machine boot up normally but all engine didn't work. Silent machine
    Thanks.

what happens when you try to install firmware?
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

if you have the firmware and movie data you have not much to lose by running the reset file 3 times and see what happens then.

also when doing the backup before board replacement, all accessories and options are supposed to be removed first.

            Still no luck sir.
Run the reset file still won't take the FW.

You may have corrupted data. Can you enter service mode via TR?

Can you clear all data? Also I would try to uninstall HDD and then disconnect it before boot.
