[CQ] Light print problem in bizhub pro1100

I have a bizhub pro 1100 having light print problem,
issue not resolve after replacing developer, drum and transfer belt I clean idc sensor and tcr sensor as well but light print issue not resolved.

High voltage adjustment is not enable that's why i am unable to adjust any bias voltage.
kindly guide me how can i enable that and resolve light print issue.

did you clear all the appropriate part counters and run all the calibration procedures for each item you changed?
i dont remember a time when i had to adjust voltages manually. the initialization/calibrations did that for me.
can you post a pic of the embedded controller test page?
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

high voltage is not to be played with manually, if the auto adjustment fails there is something else wrong.

        4.4 Process adjustment

4.4.1 High Voltage Auto Adjustment (High Voltage Adjustment)

        (1) Function

Adjust the current value or the voltage value of the transfer automatically.

        (2) Usage

Conduct when you replace the high voltage unit/2 (HV2).

        (3) Preparation

The photo conductor section is installed.

        (4) Procedure

        1. "Service Mode Menu screen"

        Press [02 Process Adjustment].

        2. "Service Mode Menu screen"

        Press [01 High Voltage Adjustment].

        3. "High Voltage Adjustment Menu screen"

Press [01 High Voltage Auto Adjustment].

[Service Mode] → [Process Adjustment] → [High Voltage Adjustment] → [High Voltage Auto Adjustment]

        4. "High Voltage Auto Adjustment screen"

Press [Start]. After the Auto Adjustment, the message of completion appears.

        Note

        ▪ When an error appears during the adjustment, adjust again after you check the installation condition and cleaning of the unit

        which an error occurs.

4.4.2 HV Adjustment (Charge) (High Voltage Adjustment)

Do not conduct this adjustment in the field.

4.4.3 HV Adj. (Charg grid voltage) (High Voltage Adjustment)

Do not conduct this adjustment in the field.

4.4.4 HV Adj. (Bias Development) (High Voltage Adjustment)

Do not conduct this adjustment in the field.

4.4.5 HV Adjustment (Transfer) (High Voltage Adjustment)

Do not conduct this adjustment in the field.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
        The medication helps though...

Maybe stupid question but did you try to clean led print unit before messing with voltages?
