    Jam positions 11 and 13

    The model is BHC224e.
A jam will occur if you copy consecutively.
It points to the outlet and the fuser unit.
    Jam positions 11 and 13.
    What to see?.
    I cleaned the photosensor.

MML list is your friend. Go in service mode and do printout it will have a lot of useful information.
Besides jam location is for enduser not service tech you can turn on showing jam code in service mode also as far as I remember.

Jam Position 11 number is for registration sensor and 13 number is fuser exit sensor. If jam occurs on consecutive copies then you need to check from all the trays. Is it jamming from any particular tray or it jams from all the trays?

If paper is jamming from all the trays and jam position is also same then there must be problem with the registration senor. Usually the tension spring of actuator becomes loose or goes out of the adjustment. Also check exit sensor and its actuator. There is a black sponge type material that goes sticky with time due to heat. Remove that material and check.
