    KONICA 654E PRINTING BAD

    My konica prints 50 sheets well and after that it prints clear as if it did not have toner
    the developer?
    Development unit, drum, transfer, laser, fuser was replaced.

    I replied to your other post for the C360 where you mention using reman consmables. Are you also using remanufactured parts / supplies on this machine?

    Since the prints get lighter as it's run I would look at toner not replenishing enough or maybe developer if aftermarket. Maybe try changing toner setting +. But if aftermarket supplies you have to start there.

      For this machine all it's new from KM, where is the toner setting?

        The toner setting is in the service mode. Do you have service manual? "Image process adj", "TCR level setting" +

            You replaced all those parts you mention in OP without a service manual?

              Do you still have the old dev unit, if so, check if the gear is worn - if it is, you'll need a new main drive unit. If the dev unit isn't turning, then you'll soon get blank prints/copies.
