    Hi,
    I have a problem with this c227 copier.

    The sheet of paper comes out wavy. Do you have any idea what the problem is?

      Junk paper, very wet paper, or fuser temp set too high are all possible options. Try a fresh new reem of paper, or better yet, bring some of your own quality paper to try and see if it continues to happen.
      A Ricoh Service Tech for 7 year. A Konica Minolta Service Tech for 7 years. Now, KM service manager for 4 years.
      My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...

          Take out the fuser and have a look at it as you turn it manually. Looks like a deformed fuser roller to me.
