I've got a new setup, had it out of the box working for 2 days, and after turning it on this morning I'm getting a C5019 error code. Also, the Dip switch setting 32-01 was set to off. I tried swapping over the DCPS6 with DCPS7 to see if it followed but the same error came back, after checking the connectors and cutting wire ties, I am drawing a blank any help would be greatly appreciated.

▪ The message "Please call service" is displayed on the panel.
Solution
1. Prior check
• Close the front door properly. (Check with the IO Check (25-20) of the front door sensor (PS31).)
2. Execute the IO Check (43-14) of the DC power supply/6 (DCPS6).
3. When the result of the IO Check in the step 2 is normal, DCPS6 is not abnormal. Go on to the step 6.
For details of IO check results, refer to "Table 1: Result check."
4. Check the connector connection of DCPS6, CN1 of DCPS6, CN12 (relay connector), and the wiring. Then, repair it when there is any
abnormality.
5. Check the connector connection between DCPS6 and the printer control board (PRCB), CN11 of DCPS6, CN13 (relay connector), CN102
of PRCB, and the wiring. Then repair it when there is any abnormality.
6. Replace DCPS6.
