Hi. Please help to solve this problem Konica Minolta C658 Tray 3 (PC 410)

It clearly shows a settings mismatch between the driver and the printer. This is not a printer error, just a wrong job configuration. Configure the tray as per the driver and you should be successful.

Thank you but I checked the settings and changed the paper feed unit and nothing changed. Maybe the PC 410 tray is not compatible with the Konica Minolta C658

What size paper is in tray 3? The print driver is definitely asking for special A4 paper. You could program in the print driver what ever size/type paper is in tray 3

That is true: PC-410 is listed for the lower end of the 8 series (C368/308/258), with PC-415 for C658.
I have not looked at them closely enough to see what difference that makes, but it is probably safe to presume a functional difference.
Do you know how you happen to have a PC-410 there?

Did you just recently put this PC-410 0n this machine? According to the system configuration in the service manual of the C258-C658 the PC410 is for the C368/C308/C258. The C654/C558/C458 takes the PC-415

The problem is that, you have to put the right PC for that model, it has different motors and gears among other things. Do not give more turns to the matter
