bizhub C4050i Won't update firmware

I have the files on the flash drive correctly and following the instructions, but the machine won't load the files. The machine can see the files so I know the drive and port are working. I did turn off the security settings to allow the firmware to be loaded. Am I missing something? Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance

This may sound silly but you are holding
Down the yellow button with the red dot while turning on the machine right?
If not, there ya go
And the stick only has the folder FW0000xx on it right?
Drive is 8gb or smaller right?
Sometimes it's just the little things.

Totally agree, one note... works with 32GB thumb drive without problem on new i-series.

As Synthohol said but we have found sometimes it may take a few attempts to accept the FW. Usually a reboot & try again it will work.
