Km C2070 Not printing on 200-300gsm coated paper

    Hello,
We purchased a second-hand km C2070. It only prints normal plain paper 74-80gsm and prints very well. But any other paper > 80gsm gets jammed (we are using bypass tray). This is our first press series machine. We reviewed all the configurations, but we can't see anything wrong.
The machine is not also getting paper from LU-202XL unit (tray 3)
And finally, we want to know how to reset the CE Password to access the Service Mode.
    Please help me.

For machines that already use LU, paper above 100 grams you must use LU

but if you can't pull the paper, you have to check the rubber roller in the LU or in the bypass, use a wet tissue containing alcohol to clean it

    service mode :
    utitily
    Stop 00
    Stop 01

Thank you for your attention. I will check in deep Both the LU and bypass.
My problem with the service mode is the CE Password. The default was changed and seems that nobody remembers the last one.
So we need to force a reset.

I cleaned the rubber rollers on bypass tray and now we can print on 300gsm paper.
The LU does not recognize the presence of the paper, but the printer recognizes the unit.

Turn machine off and unplug it. Then check all the connectors going from the LU to the machine. Make sure you don't have any bent pins

Ok. I will unplug and check everything(cables, sensors...) carefully.

You check the iron cable on the side of the LU body, usually the plate holding the iron cable is damaged

                      Hello,
I checked everything, found and solved the problem. The upper front sensor actuator was broken.
With a little bit of glue i fixed it and now is working fine.

Thank you all for your attention and support 🙏.
