I certainly can't be certain, but I expect that that timing remains the same. These photos are very close, and blurry, because it's just really hard to see what you need to see. The simplest thing would be to look at another working DF, to gauge the timing.

If I was in your situation I would jump the belt one tooth, then try it. If it errors, jump the belt one more tooth, and try it ... etc, etc. It might only take 30 or 40 attempts. =^..^=
Will it make any difference this it the 2nd roller, the one in the "duplex" part that drops down via green button. Also what am I looking at in your photos that relates to timing? The roller can only go in two ways with white surface down or mirror/brush side down.

In the first photo, the circular "flag" is just triggering the photointerrupter. You can also use the flat on the end of the roller as a reference.
In the second photo you're referencing the flat on the end of the metal roller, when that door is mostly closed. That roller rotates as the door closes.

I don't know if that helps.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
