I rarely get a complete unit. There's always something I have to move from old to new.

everything within the dotted lines in the parts manual would come with it.
where did you get your part number from?
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

The parts manual. I regularly have to put KM parts "together" when I order them. I don't have time to do that. Like it would have been great to order a whole brush roller instead of just the damaged sheet. Took me a long time just to remove the old one. Has to cost KM a fortune to make every little part separate.

I like the way you think.
Here's another problem with KM. There are no instructions on how to replace that unit, or any unit on ADF's and finishers. I am sure I could figure it out, but as I mentioned earlier, I do not have time to take a day to figure that out. Is it even worth it? The chances something gets lost, broken, or doesn't work the same after...

The manual only shows motor and board replacement. Another way to say it...The manual only shows items I could easily figure out without the manual. LOL.

Maybe it's different with me because I'm a small independent but I would rather swap "some" parts over instead of paying Konica Minolta a ridiculous price to do it for me
