Like the title says, everything I print in color has cyan edge to edge only on the side that is printed. Just black is fine. Changed drum, charging unit and developer in Cyan. My service tech is stumped as well. Any suggestions????
Konica C6085 is printing Cyan throughout the whole page.

I have no experience on that production press, however, on any laser MFP I have worked on, a Full Bleed output of one colour is usually a Main Charge fault and the drum is not being charged correctly.
The Kyocera machines I have worked on along side my Konicas have removavble charge roller assemblies, if you remove it or dont seat it correctly the colour affected will output full bleed acrosss the entire page, edge to edge and usually will cause fuser wraps due to insane over-toning.
I would focus on the charging circuit/board/hardware first and see where that gets you. -
I suspect that you've got cyan primary charge loss. I'd take a look at the cyan primary charge unit.If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
