Paper jam at fuser exit 30-03 error Konica Minolta C454e

I have a Konica Minolta C454E with about 720.000 pages on its counter. Once a month I do a cleaning with air just to get the dust out of the machine. I do open the right door to clean all the parts.
After I turned it on again, I started experiencing paper jam at the fuser exit (see picture). When I do a demo page there is no error. However, if I print a page with a full picture, it gets stock in the fuser unit exit.
I get the error 30-03. I read in another post the I should look at CL8. Is there a way to spot if the CL8 is broken or bad? I took a picture of it. As I see it there is this kind of rust. Could that be a sign that it’s bad.
When I look at the fuser unit the black role has some signs of wear and tear. (see picture) It seems like the top thin plastic layer has come of the roller a bit. Could that have anything to do with the paper jam?

CL8 fuser exit clutch is bad. See my old post with shortcut to replace clutch. Will save you a lot of time instead of using procedure in service manual.

Thank you for all the inputs. I'm planning to buy a used fuser unit from a printer service company tomorrow and fit it. I'm also planning to change the CL8 if I can get the part in time

CL8 is on it's way out, but probably hasn't fully failed yet as there is only a light dusting of rust powder. You should be able to get yourself to a running state again by just replacing the fuser at this point, but you won't want to put off the replacement of CL8 for too much longer, it is likely going to start slipping soon.

Thank you for all the help. I was able to get hold of a used fuser unit at a printer repair shop. They also had a scraped Develop 454e that I was able to take the CL8 clutch from for free. I started out by replacing the clutch. I was a PITA to get out. I saw that the plastic parts that were touching the metal were greased. I had some grease for brake discs laying around. It looked like the greased that were used. So, I used it to make sure all the parts would be running smoothly. I put the hole thing together. Be careful about the sharp metal. I managed to get a small cut on my finger. So I had to clean the machine for blod after....
I then took the screw out for the fuser unit. I had the screw left in the hole to keep track of them. I accidentally lost the screw in the small hole under the fuser unit… So, I had to take all the panels off to recover it. I managed to track it down and put the new fuser unit in the machine. 😅

When I turned on the machine, I got a C-2152 error. I looked it up and the seem to be related to the image transfer belt. I remember that I had it out to find the missing screw from the fuser unit. I took the transfer belt out to look for any damage. There was nothing to see so I screwed it back in and made sure that everything was placed correctly. I used a trouble reset. After that I took a test, and everything now seems to be working fine. No more paper jams. I have now been running for two days without any problems.

The CL8 in the plastic bag is the old one I took out of my machine.
