Black lines in grayscale in c360 e c364

Hi you know why on the Konica c360 and konica c364 after 60000 prints I have to change the main charge. For black lines in grayscale.
Thanks in advance for your reply

Is there a question there? It looks like a worn primary charge roller to me. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

In those last 60K pages, has anybody bothered to use the charge corona cleaner? I bet if they did you wouldn't have those lines right now. Try cleaning the corona wires and I bet things will at least improve. If they haven't been done at all, you may need to swipe them 15 or 20+ times to get all the crust off them.

If it's expired, change the developer unit. Excessive toner dust , or excessively high compensation voltage, can cause premature corona wire failure.
