remove external authentication server in a bizhub C308

I have a machine that when I try to test it to use MFP authentication, it won't let me use it because it has the external mail server activated and I can't disable it.
I've already tried restarting the computer, initializing it, and I did a logical format and it doesn't go away. Is there anything I can do?

Have you tried a "Clear all data" in service mode?
