    konica bizhub bizhub c250i 300i after toner replacement report printer works but toner level on display remains at 0%
    has anyone had these problems ?
    the only solution so far found was to reset via bit switch

    if you use non-oem toner you will have damaged (bent or sunken) copper contacts touching the toner chip.

      Like other poster said aftermarket toners can cause issues like that, especially if they are refilled and chip not replaced. There is a setting in service mode that will reset toners back to full but should be done by a qualified technician.

          Damaged or clogged up toner hopper unit, pretty common on this model.
          There are several posts on this site regarding this issue.

            Usually after 1 or 2 replenish cycles, the "gauges" catch up and they will be fine. They may have replaced them prematurely.

              Sometimes turning off and on the "main" pwr sw will reset gauges. If not use the bit sw to reset gauges to full. The machine has to have the correct FW for bit sw to work. Think I recall seeing a bulletin about this issue.
