    CD011
    (1) Contents
Trouble type CD011: Hard disk out of specifications mounted
    Rank C
    bizhub C368/C308/C258 K TROUBLESHOOTING > 3. TROUBLE CODE
    K-94
    Trouble detection
    condition
A hard disk that falls outside the specifications is connected.
    Trouble isolation -
Relevant electrical parts • Hard disk (A) (HDD (A))
    • Hard disk (B) (HDD (B): HD-524)
    (2) Procedure
    1. Check the hard disk specifications.
    2. Replace the hard disk. (HDD (A) / HDD (B))

    firmware likely wont do anything.
    is it the original HDD?
if replaced, was it the same size/type?
did you replace the SATA cable as well?
    did you try formatting it?

just asking because you did not provide what you have done so far.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...
