    start solving error d011, already change hdd, sata cable and continue with the problem

    Is the hard drive the correct size (capacity) for the copier? See error info below. I've also attached a PDF for Konica's troubleshooting procedure. Hopefully you can read English without pushing it through a translator, or the PDF might not be much help to you...
