    Konica Minolta bizhub 4050 stuck on startup

    Hi everyone, I have two bizhub 4050 konica minolta stuck on the konica minolta logo screen. Do you know how I can fix it?

    My money is on a hdd to be replaced

      Thanks for the reply. Yes it is the hdd do you have an idea on how I can solve it I can format it from external. I tried hdd on another machine same problem. Can I clone it from another HDD?

        just attach to a computer, go into computer management, disk manager, highlight all the partitions on the drive and delete them till no partitions. create a single partition and remove from the computer.
        install on copier, boot into service mode and do a logical format only.
        upon reboot make sure the HDD is set to installed and usually yells about animation guide missing.
        We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
        The medication helps though...

                can you boot into trouble reset then service mode from there?

                    check error/trouble codes, see what tests you can run, self diagnostics etc..
