Constantly running into machines coming back from sites or leasing companies with improper reformats or missing hard drives
I'm currently looking for Bizhub 454e movie/animation firmware if possible.

Yeah, lots of paranoia out there these days. Too many businesses worried about the possibility of private and/or confidential data being lifted off the hard drives, so they either get removed or formatted. I'd guess that the improper format probably has something to do with the fact that a physical format takes so long. Someone starts the process, but gets impatient and just kills the power after some time figuring that since it's partially done it should be unreadable at the very least.
