good day in have a konica minolta machine that i am triying to fix error code D-337 and asking to recover data i follow the procidure and still and up with same code its not allowing me to update the machine either please help.

The error doesn't seem to be from Konica Minolta, but I was curious to know what model it is, if you don't mind saying, of course.

It's "konica minolta machine"
I would narrow it down it's bizhub perhaps.
Maybe bizhub 227?

if it's trying to recover data, i'd be looking at CPU board or storage board - but it would really help if you provided the model number...

Had one do that last week. Did the Did the battery thing, all the other stuff. Brought it back to life. I say 4e.

im really sorry forgot to put the model nummber C360i.
i did find out that the machine keeps changing from storage to microsd for some reason ,and if i update the machine its trys to update through the server even that option is turned off in service mode.

since u mention the battery ,the time and date kept changing so might be that i will try and see.
