Bizhub C220 Color Misregistration ( Ghost Lines) on Lower Half of Page

    Hello everyone,

I have a Konica Minolta Bizhub C220 and recently started experiencing a color misregistration issue.
In the lower half of the page, green lines are printed with noticeable yellow and cyan ghost lines next to them, as shown in the attached photo.
The upper half of the page prints correctly, only the bottom part is affected.
    • No significant changes have been made to the machine recently.
    • The issue appeared suddenly, without warning.
    • I have already performed Image Stabilization multiple times (scanning the adjustment sheets), but the problem persists.

Any ideas what could be causing this? Could it be the transfer belt, sensors, or something else? How to solve?

Thanks in advance for any help or advice!

It's most likely a transfer belt issue. Perhaps the transfer waste collection is backed up. To see the color misregistration you describe, the transfer belt must change speeds during primary transfer. You can also see this effect with very heavy media.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I can not remember right now but you can solve it with "print skew head adjustment" from service mode. You just hit reset and do the stabilization after that.
