    C360i advice needed

I am new to Konica Minoltas, have had "very little" training on them.
My bosses want me to check some C360i copiers.
Anything I should be looking at. Most are low volume.
Is there an easy way to check error and jam codes without having to print off screeds of paper.
    Thanks.

You can check service & jam counters in service mode under counters (in system 1 or system 2 once in serv mode). No need to print out.

Do you have service manual? PM me and will send you service manual & best practices guide.

I like having the printed Management List to make notes on. I can reference back to information, after I have left the machine. I prints 32 to 35 pages. If your customer objects to you printing 35 pages, that problem needs to be solved first.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I have a Service Manual, still getting use to it.
I have found each manufacturer has their own way of doing things (all of them wrong, of course).
Just lack the knowledge you get from years of working on them.

Agree. No need to waste paper especially if only need to see service & jam history. I only print the mgt list if there an issue. Each OEM has their differences but the basic laser printing process is pretty much the same for troubleshooting purposes. Once you jump in post if you need anything else. Best of luck

Found the service and jams counters in the Counter section of the Service Mode.
