Konica Minolta C1100 Fuser Belt Misalignment and Damage - No Error Codes

Hi, good afternoon! I’m facing a serious issue with a Konica Minolta C1100 press. About a year ago, the machine started damaging the fuser belts — either burning them or shifting them toward the rear end of the machine until they were completely destroyed, and all this without throwing any error codes.

After discussing with the technical team, we decided to replace the PRCB. Since then, the belts are no longer being burned completely, but the issue of them being displaced toward the rear edge of the machine (eventually leading to failure) still persists — again, with no error codes being displayed.

So far, we’ve replaced the PRCB, all the fuser rollers and bearings, the upper fuser frame, about 10 fuser belts, the belt shifting actuator, and the belt position sensors — and yet the issue remains unresolved.

Does anyone have any recommendations or insights on how to proceed with this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This sounds really simplistic, but ... in a couple of situations like this, I have found that the tech that assembled the fuser where it splits in half had installed a standard 4mm screw, instead of the shoulder screw it's supposed to have. The first time I saw that, I thought " ... but that's only 1 mm?!!", but it's enough to make the film crawl to one end. If you've already changed bearings, that would be the next thing I'd check.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Not knowing the machine at all, but if the belt is shifting towards the rear, could it be something as simple as the machine not being level
Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...
