Well...some of you are right about decanting, it is simple solution and i done that few times when it is a must but i hate doing that.
I rather like to have more conveniently solution.
And like i said i dont have anymore source to get OEM toners and decanting toners all the time for 4 still working b950 in the field is annoying.

Today i had some time for this and found solution that is simplier than i tought at first.
I just compare electrical schematic for US and EU version toner supply section and after 10 seconds i see solution. Thanks to TSB for hint about wiring
On the toner bottle motor there is pin 5 for cw/ccw input signal and that pin is grounded for clockwise direction ( pin2)
For ccw direction just remove that connection (cut blue wire) and motor will rotate in reverse direction.

What about toner powder quality? Do you have any issues?
I tried several Chinese providers and traders and every time the toner dripped
I just don't know how to get out of this toner impasse

Good question, i tried replacement toners but mostly after that had problem with print quality, only one machine doing good with that powder.
After some research i find out TN010 is same composition like TN911 and it is avaliable to order from KM and price is pretty much ok.
TN010 is more weight than TN911 and lower price so it is win-win situation and good replacement for some time when i will get rid of old dogs 950's .

TN010 is similar but not the same like TN911.
I tried with TN010, TN014, TN015 oem powder but results were terible - grey background, toner spilling after 15-20k prints.

How do you know it is not the same toner powder, TN010 and TN911?
I also tried TN014 and it is not very good result even with developer for that toner.
If you tried TN010 with contaminated developer from previous bad toner that could be the cause it is not working for you.

I tried TN010 with new dv910, new dv010, with different dv units,with different dipsw 23,27 without any success
The best result was grey line background only on 2side print

You could have some other problem beside toner, charge unit, transfer unit,drum...what is parts life for it?
If you use replacement drum, it can behave badly only after 100k prints instead 1 mil like OEM drum lasts and even 1.5 mil., i tried replacement drums and results is always lottery.
If you use OEM TN010 and have bad quality then you should search for other cause.
Here is msds for both toners and you can see it is the same compound on the spot

TN 014, 015, 016 and 017 are interchangeable..The only difference is the bottle and/or rotation direction. These toners will only work in the 1052, 951, 1250/2250, 1100, 6130. You cannot use this in a 1050 or 950, nor can you put the 950/1050 toner into any of the others listed. E

Just to throw my two cents in:

I've had to work on these hoppers before on the 951, 1052, and 1250P. The 951 rotates counter to the 1052 & 1250P. The bottle contents is the same, which we discovered after decanting a few. The drive plate which turns the bottle is a little different ... reinforced on the opposite side, since the torque comes from the opposite direction. You may find that changing the drive plate will get you better bottle engagement.

Thanks a lot for advice.
I got 8x950s. 2 of them printing good with compatible tn911 (only with dipws 23,27 corrections). Others 6 make troubles (grey background, toner spilling) - no matter what I do to them. (dispw, pouring out dv, black prints until white spots, dv filters, charge/disch setting, even HV1). When I used to work with oem tn911 (A0YT031), quality was great everywhere. I tried tn010 oem (first finished old toner inside - till white prints, clean and refill old bottles) and all printers made background issues.
All printers work with drums, dv, charge/disch. wires under 500k. It is real lottery as you said.
My hope is anybody to say good brand compatible tn911 with high quality
